The Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) aims to provide the citizens with housing needs and requirements. PAHW believes in the importance of achieving the balance and integration with other different governmental authorities thru the development, planning, and executing the new housing areas where Kuwait Municipality is allocating inside the urban areas in the city limits in accordance with the third Master Plan of Kuwait.
